Since adobe has a very limited chat time I can't really get any help from them.

I needed photoshop for some school projects which I have finished, and I thought I had chosen the monthly payment just because I wouldn't need it for much longer. But now it says I have the annual subscription and I don't want nor need it. I'm trying to cancel my account but it says i have to pay 55euros, which is ridiculous!

Also, I made the first payment with single payment card that is only available for a month, after that it expires (named Mb Way). If I keep this card can adobe still get my money?
