Cancel subscription

I have not been able to cancel the 7-days trial and it charges me..

Whenever I tried to access to Plans webpage as the instruction indicates, I could not find the link to cancel this subscription!

It is really annoying..

How can I do this and get refunded???

You have a license under an Enterprise plan held by your university. You will have to talk to your university about canceling the license.
