Cancel Subscription

Hello, I beilive that I canceled my subscription on 27th of Feb, but for any reason it startet again on 27th of June. I don't use these services since Feb, but twice funds were withdrawn starting from June. Now I cannot cancel membership because it says that there is a debt.
