Hello community! Can someone help me by informing me how I can know the length of time I have in my subscription? I extended the time because they indicated that it was free, but now at the end of the month they are going to charge me €24.19 and if I cancel the subscription they penalize me with €96.75... and the truth is that I don't use Adobe, but neither I am willing to pay that penalty. Thanks in advance.

if you don't see, contact adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

I NEED CLOSE MY THIS ACCOUNT WAS ADOBE ACROBAT PRO SUBSCRIPTION FROM 07/08/2023.

MY OTHER ACCOUNT NOT CLOSE THAT ONE WAS ADOBE ACRBAT EXPORT PDF
