Cancel Subscription

Dear Community,

                            I never used Adobe after I ordered. I would like to cancel my subscription. I don't understand why its so easy to order a service, but never to cancel. I tried support and everything. It will not cancel my subscription. I miss the old support where you could call, and really speak to a live person. America is always outsourcing jobs, but they are needed right here at home on American Soil. Can someone please help me cancel this subscription before my funds are eaten up by unwanted services.
