Cancel Subscription

Hi, I had a free Adobe trial which ended on 29 Feb. I tried to cancel my subscription but when I log into my account, it says there are no plans associated to my account. How can I cancel my subscription when I don't have any plans showing? A payment of £8.23 has been taken from my card at the start of this month. Thanks!

We checked your account info. There is no active or trial subscription associated with this email address. Also, there is no transaction information from Adobe's end. Please check if you subscribed for the trial using a different email address or if there is any fraudulent activity in your bank account.

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
