I need to stop ant and all subscriptions to Adobe  please cancel any current and future subscriptions that are associated to me immediately. Thank you.

My annual subscription is up for renewal. I want to cancel my plan; i don't want to renew. But it is not letting me through to the Cancel option unless I pay the full subscription fee. What should I do?

I have tried all options mentioned in the below messages to cancel my plans. Attached are the screenshots I am encountering and have no way of moving forward. Please help.

Guys, the chat option worked out for me instantly.
To reference, this is what I am talking about -
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT

Somehow before I made the post, the chat was not working.
Then it started working and then clicking on the link and typing cancel plan got it done, without a human interaction.

Why doesn't Adobe notify customers when their subscription is about to renew?  Why won't it cancel the current subscription when an individual tries to cancel immediately upon seeing the charge on the credit card?
