Cancel Subscription

I am so disappointed. I have had a subscription that i have been unable to cancel as it doesn't appear on my account and i have been getting charged for it for over a year now. Now, i contact adobe support through the live agent chat and every time i provide all the details that r required the agent leaves the chat. It is starting to feel like I am being scammed by Adobe and i am sick of it. Can someone please help me and not ghost me when i provide the details needed

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    Hi,

    As I understand you are being charged for something that you are not aware of. I see that you had a photography plan which was cancelled long back. Apart from this there is no active subscription on this. Please check if there is no other email associated with an Adobe account or somebody from your family might be using your card to purchase Adobe.
