Cancel subscription

Hello, in December I accidentally activated two trial versions. One was correct for students and the other one I don't know where it came from. I only canceled the one for students because that was the only one I knew about. Now I have been charged for the second one and I can't cancel it without a penalty. I want to cancel this subscription without a penalty and get my money back.

if you still don't recognize the charge, contact your credit card issuer and report fraud.
