Okay smartass

i buy Camera, buy Lightroom to edit. Use my Camera some months and then understand that photography is not for me and then sell my Camera.

When you RENT a program, and you stop paying, the program stops working... you did not BUY, you were renting

I paid every month not once A year.
If I download any app, pay every month and then cancel, I dont need to  pay because I canceled it.
still scammers

Thanks for waiting. As per your account details,

You had an annual (paid monthly) Photography plan (20GB) since March 2024 which got renewed this March 2025. You cancelled the plan in May 2025 which did not let the annual plan complete the term.

Adobe calculates the early cancellation fee for most of its Annual Plans (Paid Monthly) as follows:

  • If you cancel after the 14-day trial period, you are charged 50% of the remaining balance on your contract

Example:

Let’s say you’re on a plan that costs $20/month, and you cancel in month 9 of your 12-month contract:

  • You have 3 months remaining.
  • Remaining balance = 3 × $20 = $60
  • Early cancellation fee = 50% of $60 = $30

Please refer to this article for more details: https://adobe.ly/4k02WIY

Hi @Andrei_Alas4179,

Thank you for reaching out.

As checked, you previously had a Photography plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Please note that this plan was cancelled on June 12. It was an annual plan with monthly payments.

Since the cancellation occurred after the 14-day period, a cancellation fee was applied in accordance with Adobe’s subscription terms. Your service remained active until the end of the billing cycle.

As your billing date was the 19th of each month, you continued to have access to all services until June 19. After that date, the subscription was discontinued.

We hope this clarifies your concern. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Regards,
^AN
