Cancel subscription

Hello, I’m trying to cancel my Adobe subscription, but every time I attempt it through my account on the website, the process fails and I get an error message. I’ve tried several times, including using different browsers and clearing cache, but the issue persists.

Is there a specific reason why this keeps happening? And what is the proper solution or steps I should take to successfully cancel my subscription?

     2. Disable VPNs, ad blockers, and script blockers.

     3. Ensure cookies and pop-ups are enabled.
