Cancel subscription

I tried out the free trial, and the next day I cancelled (01 October 2025). I got an email confirming the cancellation, yet today they tried to charge me. Thank goodness that I did not have money in my main bank account. With that being said, what can I do to get them to stop charging me for a plan that I did not choose to subscribe to?

It does not show that I have more than one subscription, so I am quite confused as to why this is happening. I'm wondering that I might be incorrect about something though
