I wanted to test out the subscription so I started the free trial. However, when I wanted to end the trial it wouldn't let me so now it says that I need to pay for my subscription; What can I do?

there's a problem on adobe's end.  retry canceling in a few hours.  also, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
