Cancel subscription (email no longer exists)

My wife has an Adobe subscription that she wants to cancel. However,

- she forgot the password

- the email associated no longer exists

How can we cancel her subscription?

Going over the chat doesn't work because it requires login in, which we can't. We can't reset the password because the email doesn't exist anymore.
