Cancel Subscription / Error canceling subscription

I signed up for the free trial today and after using for what I needed tried to cancel (still within the free trial margin). However, when I try to cancel it shows a message that there was an error download your data. 

 

After trying plenty of times and logging out, logging in, the same thing keeps happening. How do I fix this? I hope I'm not charged because this is really unfair.

use a different browser.  a mobile phone's browser with wifi disabled is most likely to succeed.

 

also, make sure no payment problem is shown on your account, https://account.adobe.com

@celina_6504 if you haven't already, I would strongly suggest to clear your browser history, cookies and cache asap, and log back into adobe.com and try again. 

m
