Cancel Subscription Fees

I'm trying to cancel my plan - i'm currently on the annual billed monthly subscription and when I went to cancel it said there would be a £100 cancellation fee because i'm leaving my annual commitment early. How do I find out when my annual commitment is due to end or how do I navigate this issue?
