Cancel subscription for previous email

This query is for an issue one of my another adobe accounts, which I no longer have access to (the email itself has been deactivated. as it was an old university email).

I used the uni email to sign up for a student edition suite just an hour ago, as we were told the email would work for a while after graduating. I have since graduated, but adobe accepted it in the sign up process, and I assumed it was still active. I went on to select the student suite plan, and entered my payment details. The plan was then activated.

I tried to then login to creative cloud to access all softwares, but for some reason it did not accept my password. When I tried to reset it, I realized that the email is no longer active (I tried to access it via the uni login and it said it was now discontinued). So I have basically setup a payment for a plan that I just signed up for, but do not have access to that email and password to login and contact support through it, or even cancel my subscription. I would like to cancel this subscription.

Still waiting to hear from the '24/7 chat' ... its only been about 10 minutes. *Rollseyes.

Does someone have any pointers, or know what to do?

[Title shortened by moderator for clarity. Was “Cancel subscription for an email I no longer have access to, and have forgotten the password to as well.”
