Cancel Subscription & Request Refund

I had a free trial and forgot to cancel. Today I was billed for a subscription. I already have a subscription under a separate email address. How do I request that the free trial account is closed and request a refund. I am based in Australia.

after cancelling, double check your account shows what you expect, https://account.adobe.com

I see that you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with the community. The Acrobat subscription under this ID stands cancelled.
