Cancel Substance 3D Collection Subscription

Question

I'd like to cancel the Adobe subscription, could anyone help me how can I do it. I don't understand why does it say that if I cancel I would be charged by a great amount of money.

It is monthly plan and i tried to cancel it before and the wouldn't let me and it ask for payment and i already wanted to cancel it from long time even before the trial ended
