Cancel the subscription

Hello 
 
I want to cancel this subscription immediatly . It was a mistake subscription, my little causin made it . 
I have never used the application and they charge me for towo times. When i realized i tried to cancel my subscription but they are chargin me extra.
 
If it is possible please i want a refound please ! My little causin is only 12 years old. 
And please help me with the cancel subscription. How can i cancel it without the charge

    Unless that 12 year old was given permission, he/she is a THIEF who stole the credit card number

     

    The parents and/or police need to be contacted
