Cancel the subscription

Hello,

Last month, I needed to fill one PDF document and I couldn't do it with the free Acrobat program, so I chose to purchase the "free try" of Adobe Pro (one week for free, then 23.99€/ month). Unfortunatly, I forgot to cancel and I had to pay the 23.99€ for March. Now I want to cancel for real because I don't need Adobe Pro at all, it was only for ONE document! 

I tried to do it on Adobe website, and they told me I'll have to pay 131€!!! For what?? I did'nt agree to purchase the annual program, I purchased the "pay every month and cancel when you want" program! I can't pay 131€ roght now, I don't want to and I simply can't! 

Is there a way to fix this? If you have an answer, please tell me :((

I understand you wish to cancel the subscription. We have checked your account and see that you have an annual contract paid monthly.

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew annually without notice until you cancel.

If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

As an employee has already stated, you did not buy a monthly subscription
