Cancel the subscription

Please help me I wrongly subscribe on Adobe app. Now I want to cancel my subscription. But it shows I have to pay early termination fee. But I can't afford to pay this. Please cancel my subscription without fees.i request you to please help me. I am an international student. I don't have work. So please please cancel my subscription

    Hi Raman,

    We understand your query however the free trial lasts for 7 days and then the subscription is started. Sometimes, the users forget to cancel the trial on time and for that particular situation one can request refund within 14days(i.e. next 7 days). 

    As per your account info, the subscription has lasted for 1 month and 16 days. This is the reason you're getting the message to pay early cancellation fee.

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

    there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    Hi! I have a problem: I have paid for the month subscription and renewed the info card and I still can't get access to manage my plan to cancel the subscription
