Cancel trial

I have fallen into what feels like a purpose built trap.

I have a long term health issue which has recently made me disabled and means I have difficulty in getting through every aspect of each day.

I took a trial out as I need to be able to edit pdfs so I wanted to try out Adobe as they are the big brand name.

I carefully took down the info, and all dates that things would happen.

I was given a date which I could cancel before and a date that payment would be taken.

2 weeks before the date they said they would take money they started to take multiple  payments out of my account.

I have spent as much time as I can trying to cancel and it just doesn't allow me.

I will be asking my social worker to report the matter to trading standards and I will be forwarding what's happening to disability support charities as this is fraudulent and purpose built to be difficult to cancel and to take money out before they said they would. I will not be using any Adobe product and am disgusted with treatment.

I have been trying to cancel

Please contact Adobe Customer Care: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent" to get a human.

Do not reply to scammers who may PM.

Adobe Staff has a badge that says "Employee" and they can look up your account by your login info.
