Cancel trial and refund

I signed up for the 7 day trial end of december and tried to cancel it a week later but that wasn't working. I gave up and forgot about it until just now when I saw that I've been invoiced for 2 months already and apparently it put me on an annual subscription which I never signed up for. Now when I try to cancel this subscription it's telling me I need to pay a cancellation fee of 120 euros.. Kind of ridiculous since I never signed up for this subscription. Please cancel my trial/subscription and refund the 2 months, I haven't even used any of the programs, it was only needed to try to edit a PDF.

>put me on an annual subscription which I never signed up for

Yes you did, when you entered your financial information

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription
-You also need to know that a subscription renews AUTOMATICALLY if you do not cancel during your 12th month
-see the Nancy O'Shea message dated 8-11-2022 (with a yellow highlited picture) in this message

you can plead your case to adobe support, but try to not maintain things that are untrue. eg, saying you weren't aware signing up for the trial would lead to a paid subscription is better than saying you never signed up for a subscription
