I want to cancel my free trial for Acrobat Pro. I’m doing all the right steps, but when I’ve answered the final questions and try to submit, I just get the message “Unable to download data”. I’ve tried several times, but I’m stuck.

Hi can you help me asap plse?  A few days ago while editing a pdf I had just received from somebody an automatique question about a 7 days free trial popped up on which I clicked.  After that I read about the montly automatique billing unless I cancelled my 7 days free trial of Adobe of which I'm not certain to have subscribed to in the first place.  I did all the steps trying to cancel my free trial but I couldn't find a way online how to find/cancel this supposed 7 days free trial.  I'm stuck, plse help me.  Thank you.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, check your account (https://account.adobe.com) for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html
