I am having the same challenge trying to cancel my free trial.

The service I decided to join the trial did NOT work for my needs, so I am attempting to cancel immediately. I am going in circles as I keep getting error messages, saying that I have to update my password. After 4 attempts to cancel my trial, who can I contact to ensure I am not billed for this?

Hi There,

I understand the situation and its very unfortunate that you are not able to log in to the account to cancel the membership online. We need some more information for a better understanding.

Are typing the correct email for the Adobe account?
Are you typing the correct password for the Adobe account?

You may try the following steps to log in to the account:

If you don't remember the password, please click on the forgot password under the password field, which will send a password reset link on the registered email address. you may please refer to the link-Learn how to reset a forgotten password or change your existing passwords.
If you don't remember the email address of the Adobe account then you need to contact customer support as suggested by "jane-e".

I hope this will help.

Regards,

Amal
