I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for the past three months and all I get is a spinning wheel of death. I’ve let this damn thing run for an entire day and it never proceeds. Please cancel my subscription or give me a phone number to talk with a human.
In addition to the step suggested by @kglad, I’d like to ask if you’re using a managed network like a shared wi-fi or a firewall enabled internet connection? If yes, could you connect to a mobile hotspot or different internet connection and then try the cancellation steps?
