Quiero cancelar mi suscripción, ni si quiera me dieron périodo de prueba (gratis), me cobraron al instante y ahora que quiero cancelar tengo que pagar $1300 por penalización cuando ni si quiera use el programa, ESTO ES INJUSTO, EXIGO UNA EXPLICACIÓN DE POR QUÉ DEBO PAGAR UNA PENALIZACIÓN Y QUIERO LA CANCELACIÓN TOTAL DE MI PROGRAMA.
Intente contactarme con un servidor por teflefono y me colgaron, ES UN PESIMO SERVICIO.
