Cancelación de plan, que no me aparece en Planes

Hola, me suscribí a una prueba gratuita de Acrobat Standar el 3 de Abril, y el dia 11 de abril me hicieron el debito a mi tarjeta. ese mismo dia quise cancelar la subscripción pero al entrar a mi cuenta no me aparece el plan, aparce la factura, pero no el plan o ninguna opcion de cancelación, Por favor necesito ayuda para cancelar antes del 25 de abril para recibir el reembolso. Y si estoy usando la cuenta correcta con el email correcto.

We appreciate you reaching out. I checked the account associated with the email address you used to log in to Adobe community. There is no active trial or subscription linked with it. 

Could you check if you received any email for subscription purchase? It will confirm if you signed in using the same email ID.

Hello, thank you, I checked and I did received a billing email, to the email of my account. I can see a receip from my account, but I dont see any plan either, I want to cancel it.

I checked your account and I could not see any active subscriptions either. Could you confirm when did you make the purchase?

you have to fix payment problems before you can cancel.  then make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
