Cancelacion prueba gratis

Hola. 

Hoy termina mi suscripción de prueba, pero no la puedo cancelar porque ayer quisieron procesar el pago de la renovación y como no había saldo quedo pendiente. El problema es que nunca pude terminar de instalar siquiera la versión de prueba. Porque siempre me saltaba un error y no se instalaba. Encima hoy nadie te atiende. 🤦‍♀️
