CANCELACIÓN SIN PENALIZACIÓN

EH QUERIDO TERMINAR MI PLAN DONDE TENGO ACCESO A TODAS LAS FUNCIONES PERO ME DICE QUE SE ME COBRARÁ SI CANCELO,ANTES DE TIEMPO COMO UNA PENALIZACIÓN, ALGUIEN SABE SI DEPUES DE QUE SE ME HAGA EL COBRO EL PRÓXIMO MES  YA NO ME HAGAN ESE CARGO, YA NO QUIERO SEGUIR PAGANDO AYUDA!!!!!!!

there's no penalty if you cancel after your last payment is received and before the plan renews .

no one can cancel for you. you must act.

 

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
