buenos días necesito la cancelación y el reembolso del mismo ya que yo no lo contraté por favor

    To add to what John said, if your financial information is being used to pay for a subscription you did not sign up for, then you need to talk to your bank or the financial institution the subscription is being charged to. Your financial information has been stolen, and there's nothing Adobe can do about it.

     

    If you did sign up for a trial, it's probable it turned into a subscription at the end of the trial if you did not cancel it in time. You have 14 days from the day the trial began to cancel the trial and avoid the subscription. For example, if you signed up for a trial that started September 1, it would need to be canceled by September 15.

    If you did not buy a subscription how does Adobe have your finance information?
