Cancelamento

Recebi e-mail confirmando o cancelamento da assinatura, porém minha conta continua exibindo uma pendência de pagamento. Não consigo gerenciar o plano porque o sistema bloqueia alterações. Preciso que verifiquem o cancelamento já confirmado e removam essa cobrança pendente.
