Quero cancelar o meu plano pois tem uns 3 meses que não estou mais utilizando. É não estou mais morando no Brasil por isso não estou conseguindo ligar no bate papo as 3 vezes que na tentei sempre cai.. Já fiquei 26 minutos esperando no bate papo e na minha vez cai... Quero uma solução.

Quero cancelar a conta, o pagamento foi feito sem autorização. Eu consigo reverter isso?
