Tentei pedir o cancelamento da minha assinatura assim que acabou o período de teste porém não estava disponível a opção de cancelamento no site, estou muito insatisfeita com essa empresa, agora após 30 dias estão me cobrando o valor mensal + uma taxa para cancelamento absurda, em nenhum momento fiz uma assinatua anual, para mim era apenas uma assinatura mensal que eu poderia cancelar  a qualquer momento. Quero cancelar minha assinatura sem taxa e estorno do valor descontado no meu cartão sem autorização!

Não consigo falar com nenhum agente para resolver meu problema, solicito um email ou chat para isso.

Obrigada mas não quero mais informações. Quero algum contato de suporte ao cliente para resolver o meu problema! O site não tem nenhuma opção, apenas um chat que não se consegue resolver nada!

Como eu iria cancelar a assinatura se não estava disponível a opção? Estou decepcionada, não recomendo para ningém. Quero o cancelamento.
