Cancelamento de assinatura!!!!!

Quero apenas cancelar minha assinatura, queira só utilizar o periodo de teste, usei uma unica vez!! E para cancelar vocês estão bloqueando, como se fosse obrigatorio pagar! Sendo que não utilizei, pensei que fossem uma empresa seria, mas apenas arrumam qualquer forma para prejudicar e tirar dinheiro dos usuários!!!! Apenas cancelem minha assinatura! Além do fato de cobrarem automaticamente dos cartõessss.

    Já tentei seguir o tutorial, mas não funciona, vocês desabilitam de proposito o botão de cancelamento, empresa multimilionaria aplicando essa regra de negocio absurdamente abusiva
