cancelamento em menos de 1 dia e reembolso

ola tudo bem ? cancelei meu plano de 139 reais em menos de 1 dia , no site dizia , antes mesmo de eu cancelar , falando que eu irei receber meu reembolso em menos de 5 dias uteis , e ate agr nada alguem sabe me falar se realmente vou ser reimbolsado ?
