Não estou conseguindo cancelar minha conta e plano na Adobe que tenho desde 2018. Querem me cobrar uma multa dizendo que meu plano é anula - não assinei nenhum contrato. Por favor preciso cancelar. Espero ser atendida.

I am unable to cancel my Adobe account and plan that I have had since 2018. They want to charge me a fine saying my plan is void - I have not signed any contracts. Please I need to cancel. I hope to be answered.

Yes, you did agree to the subscription contract

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html

Fortunately I was able to solve my problem through the great service by
chat. I don't see the same here.

My add is from 2018, not from yesterday. And I never failed to pay my
    monthly fee.

By the way, this is a disreputable way of doing business, Adobe is a large
company with virtually no competitors and did not need to cause this type
of problem for the customer, nor offer this type of association -
    transparency is very important.
