Hola, he tenido problemas para encontrar donde se cancela la suscripcion, ya que estos meses no necesitaré el programa y no quiero pagar por algo que no estoy ocupando... no me sale opción que muestra el video, no responden a mis mensajes en ayuda, y de verdad que necesito cancelar la suscripcion. Espero me puedan ayudar, solamente me sale la opcion ver plan, pero no cancelar la suscripcion. Gracias

I have reviewed your Adobe ID (email address) you have utilized to post here, and found that you had one Creative Cloud individual (personal) subscription which is now cancelled and there is another subscription provided by your university. 

 

If you no longer want to use the Creative Cloud subscription given by your University, then please contact the Creative Cloud Administrator of your university for the same, click here to know how to contact the Admin: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Gracias, me salvaste, despues de más de una hora de chat intentando venderme otro plan me dieron la baja... Había intentado en español y nunca lo logré me mandaban de pagina en página... GRACIAS!!
