Hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request a refund for a recent charge on my account. I was charged a cancellation fee as well as a monthly subscription fee, but I was not aware that I had subscribed to this plan, nor that a cancellation would result in an additional charge.

This has come as a surprise to me, and I kindly ask you to review my account and consider issuing a refund for both the cancellation fee and the subscription charge.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side.

    I reviewed your account details and I found that you have an active annual subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro.
