Don't buy this product!  I called them a couple months ago they agreed to cancel my account without a $199 penalty charge!  Only to see then lied and still charging me 49/month!  I'm pissed and don't recommend getting this product!  You will be stuck with it if you don't use it and they will charge you and make their millions.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

    Please go to Adobe Customer Service.  They are usually very responsive to issues like this that may happen. (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
    Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
