check your account, https://account.adobe.com

what's it show?

eg, any payment problems,?
more than one subscription?

if that shows no subscription, check https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

@miliza_mae_8779 Adobe isn't trying to deduct from your account. How I read this is that you cancelled your AI Assistant for Acrobat, not Acrobat in itself. You will continue to have access to the tools and online services included in your subscription until the end of the billing period, which will be on October 9, 2025 (PT). After that date, your account will switch to a free and basic level

You aren't being charged because it's October 9, 2025...and it says 'your account will switch to a free and basic level.' — because this screenshot appears it may be from a mobile device, through a third-party provider (such as Apple, Google, or Microsoft), your account is managed by them, and their specific subscription and cancellation terms apply.. Adobe does NOT have access to their accounts or billings.

It may take at least 5 business days to get a full refund.
