I was charged 33.29 after I canceled the free 7 day trial, I recieved an email confirmation of my cancelation yesterday, and it made me cancel again today. how do I go about getting a refund

    first check your account, https://account.adobe.com

    what's it show?

    eg, any payment problems,?
    any subscription?

     

    if everything looks like you expect and you cancelled within the free trial period your refund will arrive within 14 days.
