Cancelation did not go through

I thought I canceled my Adobe Acrobat Pro but only now see that Adobe canceled Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus, something I never even signed up for. This is a sneaky way of billing customers. 

I now canceled Acrobat Pro today, on the day of the billing and Adobe ends the subscription immediately, even though it is paid for. Just another reflection of Adobe's business model..
