I am not using Adobe anymore however, paying €90 per month for the creative cloud. I tried to cancel and i have a charge of €400 + fee. Can someone explain why is that please?I am no longer using Adobe, but I am paying €90 per month for the Creative Cloud. I tried to cancel, yet I received a charge of €400 plus a fee. Can someone explain why this is happening?

    We're here to help you. Since you tried to cancel the susbcription before your one year contract got over, you were charged an early termination fee. Please see these terms for more information:https://adobe.ly/4ajUUJD this helps.

    If you buy a HIGHER COST Monthly subscription you may cancel at any time without a fee... when you buy an Annual subscription with Monthly payments, and you do not cancel in NO MORE than 14 days from the start of your subscription, you pay 1/2 of the remaining time if you cancel early... you also need to keep track of your annual renewal date, so you may cancel after your 12th payment, before your subscription renews and you start a new one year subscription
