Cancelation Fee

Is the cancellation fee always mandatory? I've had Adobe for about three months and only used it once. What I've already paid is well past the value the product offered me & I'm wondering how sympathetic the company would be to that.

Paying to not continue to be billed feels really gross.

You agreed to pay for 12 months of service at a reduced rate which can't go up for 1 year.

  • You had 14 days to cancel without penalty fees.
  • So far, you've paid for 3 months.  That leaves 9 payments remaining.
  • If you cancel now, you'll pay 4.5 months in termination fees (50%).
  • To avoid fees, wait until your 12th month of service to cancel.

It's your choice.

As per the terms of aggrement you are required to pay the cancellation fees for early termination of the contract. However, you can contact support team and let them know your issue they will provide you with the best resolution and if possible waive off the cancellation fees as well.
