Cancelation Fees

I registered for free trial then I opt to cancel my subscription the adobe didnt while it was the free trial then they charged me for a month,  dated 17 Feb 2026: 15:34pm Makkah time. 21.52SR cjarged I demand refund for it.

 

Now when I cancelled my plan you charged me for cancellation fees, which I declined, How to wave the cancellation fees and stop the request

    Hi @Ghaamdifn,

    As per your account details, you subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat. I can confirm that you cancelled Adobe Acrobat Pro however, AI Assitant for Acrobat remained active(for 27 days till now).

    Adobe offers full refund only if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchased and since this is an annual plan, you are being asked to pay cancellation/early termination fee for cancelling the plan before term end.
