Cancelation Not Working

Hello,

I was un knowingly automatically charged for a one-year subscription payment of $840.

I canceled my plan 10 days after the charge to my account. This cancellation falls within the 14-day window for a full refund, as stipulated in your policy.

However, when I received my cancellation confirmation via email, it stated that my service will end next year. Furthermore, while my account dashboard shows the plan as canceled, it still displays the message: "Service will expire on Nov 18, 2026."

I followed the cancellation instructions on the website and did so before the 14-day cutoff. I request that you process a full refund of $840 and confirm that the subscription has been fully terminated.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

ie, cancel after your 12th payment is received and before your renewal date, if you do not want to renew your subscription and want no penalty.

Hi @CH_835,

Thanks for reaching out.

I reviewed your account details and found that your subscription is 1 year and 14 days old. Refunds can only be initiated if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase.

You can check the details here: https://adobe.ly/3MgapbE

I hope it clarifies it. Let me know if you have any questions.

I did cancel within the 14 days purchase. My subscription was renewed on 11/18/25 and I canceled and recived confirmation of cancelation on 11\29\25.

That 14 day grace period is from the FIRST purchase, not from a renewal date

the refund period is 14days from trial start, not from the charge date.  you may still be within the refund period, but it's not clear from anything you stated.
