canceld subscription

Question

I saw that money had been withdrawn from my bank account, I did not intend to renew my subscription as I no longer needed it. I have now canceled the subscription; do I get my money back. It was a prepaid annual subscription. do I have to do something for that?

if you cancelled, your money should be returned. you may be charged for the first month, if you cancelled more than one week after the renewal date.

p.s. save all emails confirming that you cancelled, and take screenshots of your account page showing that you cancelled and showing the date you cancelled, just in case there's a disagreement about if, and when, you cancelled.
