CANCELÉ MI SUSCRIPCIÓN, ME LLEGÓ CORREO DE CONFIRMACIÓN Y AÚN ASÍ, ME HICIERON UN CARGO ANUAL

Hola!!!

El día de hoy, cancelé mi suscripción, la cual, la pagaba mensualmente y recibí un correo de parte de ustedes, confirmando mi cancelación. La fecha de pago, es el 22 de cada mes y una hora después, me hacen el cargo de $1,329.95

Lo que están haciendo, es un robo!!!

Me pueden indicar cómo puedo solucionar ésto lo más rápido posible.

    that looks an early cancellation fee for an annual subscription paid monthly (=1/2 the amount owed for the remaining months of your subscription).

    Did you cancel an annual plan with commitment for a year? (You didn't say.) Those plans are deeply discounted and have a fee for early cancellation. See this page for details:
